DESCRIPTION

Shilin fully enclosed water chiller series (box type and rack type) combines the essence of domestic and foreign products, and adopts modern advanced technology to manufacture high-quality and beautiful appearance. At present, the cooling capacity of the product is from1234Kca/hr(0.6HP.120HP).SIt can be widely used in plastic machinery, electroplating, plasma spraying, factories, hotels, chemicals, hospitals, and other industrial fields.

compressor

Selected original imported fully enclosed reciprocating/Vortex compressor. Good performance, high energy efficiency, and low noise. Depending on customer needs and cooling capacity, single or multi machine combinations can be used. The compressor can automatically alternate operation according to load changes, balancing the operating hours of each compressor and greatly extending the service life of the chiller unit.

evaporator

The evaporator adopts an internally and externally threaded reinforced tube, with threaded copper tubes on the inner surface and smooth copper tubes on the outer surface, resulting in good cooling effect. The evaporator barrel is externally threaded25mmthickPEInsulation board insulation, no condensation, minimal loss of cooling capacity.

condenser

The condenser is sourced from Germany; Japanese imported steel pipes are processed into trapezoidal low ribbed pipes to enhance heat transfer capacity. The inner surface of the steel pipe is smooth, reducing water pressure and making it easy to clean and maintain.

Protector

The protection system devices include: temperature control switch, high and low pressure switch, overload protector, compressor overheat protector, compressor frequent start protector, and abnormal indicator light

Computer control system

Shilin Company has developed high intelligencePLC、PCA high-level computer control system that can be used for remote monitoring and control, with simple operation, connection between the host and the power supply, low failure rate, high safety factor, and easy installation. The system control can be adjusted in real-time, intuitive and reliable.

Box board

The box plate of the fully enclosed chiller unit is precision machined by CNC punching machine and coated with electrostatic powder paint, with a luxurious and beautiful appearance and good sound insulation effect
